How long will it take my order to ship? During the checkout process,the prices quoted for shipping reflect UPS or FedEx Ground. It takes 1-2 business days to prepare an order and 2-3 business days to ship the order. It can take 2-3 business days to prepare "customized" or "personalized" orders that will match a nursery. If you need your order the next day, please email or call to discuss shipping options.

When will my order be delivered to the local hospital? We deliver orders Monday-Saturday. Orders received after 3:00 p.m.(central)Monday-Saturday will be delivered the following morning. No Sunday deliveries. We deliver to the following Jackson area hospitals: Baptist Medical Center, CMMC (Central Mississippi Medical Center), St. Dominic Hospital, The Baby Suites at River Oaks, University of Mississippi Medical Center and Woman's Hospital. Please call us to discuss the delivery location. (Please note that it takes 2-3 business days to prepare "customized" or "personalized" orders that will match a nursery.)

Not satisfied with your order? If the door bow is returned to our company within 10 days of receipt of the order, we will refund you the cost of the item. Before returning any items, please contact us to allow time to start the credit process. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returns/exchanges. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returned door bows unless the return is due to an error of That Southern Accent. Door bows must be received back to us in their original condition.

For best results: The door bow is not intended to hang in the rain, direct sun or extreme heat.
