Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: What is a door bow? A: Our definition of a door bow is "a unique floral design that hangs and is used to announce and/or celebrate an important occasion."
Q: How long will it take my order to ship? A: During the checkout process, the prices quoted for shipping reflect UPS or FedEx Ground. It takes 1-2 business days to prepare an order and 2-3 business days to ship the order. It can take 2-3 business days to prepare "customized" or "personalized" orders that will match a nursery. If you need your order the next day, please email or call to discuss shipping options.
Q: When will my order be delivered to the local hospital? A: We deliver orders Monday-Saturday. Orders received after 3:00 p.m.(central) Monday-Saturday will be delivered the following morning. No Sunday deliveries. We deliver to the following Jackson area hospitals: Baptist Medical Center, CMMC (Central Mississippi Medical Center), St. Dominic Hospital, The Baby Suites at River Oaks, University of Mississippi Medical Center and Woman's Hospital. Please call us to discuss the delivery location. (Please note that it takes 2-3 business days to prepare "customized" or "personalized" orders that will match a nursery.)
